Celebratory Blueberry Margaritas

It’s time to celebrate!!! It’s finally wedding weekend for Michael and me, so a special drink is in order. Enter, the margarita. My favorite cocktail.

I think margaritas are best when simple and fresh, without the sour mix. My Blueberry Margaritas are a summery, fruity twist on the traditional margarita. They also happen to be grain free and very lightly sweetened with natural sugars from blueberries and a touch of honey. If you made my Blueberry Jam with Lemon and Thyme and stored some away in the freezer a few weeks ago, it’s time to pull out a jar to thaw in the fridge so you can enjoy Blueberry Margaritas tonight and with us all weekend. I’ve included a non-alcoholic version as well. If you ask me, my Blueberry Margaritas are the perfect something blue… Cheers!
